HOT DIP GALVANIZING

Hot dip galvanizing is a protective coating for steel against corrosion that is obtained by immersion of the manufactured products in a molten zinc bath at a temperature of about 445 ºC and ensures the best performance in terms of coating adhesion and durability.

Carrying out the entire production process within the same site allows to optimize transport costs and drastically reduce delivery times.

For over 40 years, Tecnozinco has been carrying out hot-dip galvanizing according to the highest quality standards to guarantee to metal products the best protection from corrosion.

The strong belief that galvanized steel constructions are the best building system – from a qualitative, anti-seismic, environmental point of view – prompted us to implement the offer by creating the Steel Processing Center.

The Steel Processing Centre and the Galvanizing plant are located in the same factory in the industrial area of Carini, Palermo.

The strategic location and the proximity of airports and commercial ports of Palermo and Trapani allow you to easily reach all the countries bordering the Mediterranean and beyond.

QUALITY

All company activities are carried out according to the directives of the highest standards, the Integrated Management System for Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), production control and CE marking (UNI EN 1090-2 execution class EXC4).

Galvanizing is also HiQualiZinc certified, the quality mark for hot galvanizing of the Italian Galvanizing Association, more restrictive than the ISO 1461 standard.

The company has also adopted an organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
